Our on farm abattoir is MPI registered ensuring that our leaf/suet fat is regulated and of the highest quality from healthy animals.
100% Hand Picked Leaf/Suet
Because our suet (tallow) is harvested in-house, we can guarantee that there is no other types of fat mixed in. We take the suet whole, straight from the animal, clean it and hand pick what goes into our renders. We then use a combination of wet and dry rendering to ensure an absolutely pure and premium product.
